Healthy body, healthy mind – that’s the motto of this motivational fitness class held twice a week!

We get together twice a week for a fitness session surrounded by nature in the Bois de Boulogne. “Healthy body, healthy mind”

1, 2, 3 your hips, your back

4, 5, 6 your thighs and buttocks

7, 8, 9 lie down and get to work on those abs

Come rain or shine!

And afterwards, there’s coffee, cookies and chatter as a reward.
